CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!!!!! Had a nightmare of an experience with this crematory. A family member died in state but unfortunately we do not live there so we had to take care of her arrangements via email and phone. I feel like since we weren't going to be spending a ton of money and we weren't in town to deal with things in person that we just have been put on the back burner. I do not want to disclose any personal info to protect my family members identity but I can tell you that I will NEVER EVER use this service or any funeral home that uses this service EVER AGAIN. Make sure that if you are going to be making arrangements through a funeral home that does not do cremation on site that you ask who cremates for them! I have been absolutely shocked over their actions and if this is how our experience was what is to say that this isn't happening to everyone else. A complaint will be mailed to the California State Board of Funeral Directors immediately, an inspection and investigation NEEDS to be done.
