GymStars Gymnastics at 1740 West Hammer Lane, Stockton, California.

Really disapointed . Here's a complaint I sent them without a reply from them.
"Dear Ms/Sir,
Today when coming to pick up my kids from camp I sat down at the door a witnessed how my daughter was sobbing and asking for her lunch at the table for 10 minutes. I said nothing to see how long it would take for the lady supposed to supervise her to check her out. During ten minutes my daughter was intermittently looking around saying "My lunch my lunch" and the supervisor did neither helped her or asked her where was her lunch. When I went to ask the lady where was my daughter's lunch bag she could not tell me a then asked me to go check out a locker at the opposite side of the building. My question is simple, how can this happen? How can a kid ask for lunch and the supervisor sitting 3 feet away ignore her (she's 3 years old)?
